| Q. | Are your leads "Do Not Call" compliant? |
| A. | AIS has made every effort to remain in full compliance with the FTC's TSR Section 310, part 64 of the FCC's regulations, the National Do Not Call Registry, state registries, and the DMA's Telephone Preference Service. AIS will not sell you, under any circumstance, leads that are not in compliance with any of the above registries. |

| A. | Unlike other lead sources that compile their leads from phone books, county records, and other public sources of information, we generate all our leads from scratch. We survey thousands of individuals daily resulting in a handful of select individuals we consider leads. |

| Q. | What lead formats do you offer? |
| A. | We can provide leads in a wide variety of formats. Our standard formats include one, six, or 14 leads per page, spreadsheet style format, mailing labels and colored 3 by 5 inch index cards. We can also provide lead data in any document or spreadsheet format (.xls, .csv, .txt, etc.), which are also available on CD-ROM or diskette. Other formats are available upon request. |
